Bone Builders is an osteoporosis awareness program for girls and young women presented by the Southern California Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation. This web site introduces Bone Builders to adult leaders who may be interested in presenting the program in their community. It is based on the training manual that will be given to adult leaders who will administer the program.

The current format is being used by certain Girl Scout councils. Other groups are welcome to contact us to determine whether the materials can be modified to accommodate their organization.
We will be happy to answer any questions you have about the program and the resources you need to conduct the program and to help you estimate your cost. We may also be able to suggest resources available to you in your community that might help you present the program.
